Shipping Policy

Where does HUANUO ship? We currently ship our products to Germany, Italy, France, and Spain.

How much does shipping cost? Good news! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the countries listed above. There is no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take? Our standard delivery time is 2 to 14 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package's journey. (Note: Delivery times for pre-sale or pre-order items depend on their specific arrival dates.)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since we deliver within the European Union (EU), there are no additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes for orders shipped to Germany, Italy, France, and Spain.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time? We try our best to ensure your entire order arrives together. However, because we offer large and heavy items (such as dual-motor standing desks or monitor mounts), products from the same order may be shipped in separate packages for safety and logistical reasons. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
